The previous owner had dreams of restoring the car but never finished. He was over 90 years old and decided to sell it. He was in the process of doing a frame off restoration. The frame was completely powder coated and painted along with everything else. The bottom of the car looks practically new. I just put things on the car temporarily so you get the gist of it. He also bought it a parts car that goes with the deal if you want it. I would say it’s 85% - 90% complete with lots of extra parts. New upholstery. You get what you see!
